For Repair Service: Text Preferred, Please Include Name, RV Info, Location & Issue
-A service fee applies to all mobile service calls. (fee varies contact us for current info)
-Labor rate is $149 per hour for mobile repair. (minimum of 1 hour plus service fee)
-Diagnostic time is generally one hour, although more complex issues can result in additional diagnostic costs.
-After diagnosing issue, parts and labor to install will be additional charge.
-Indiana state sales tax is collected at 7% for parts.
-A shop supply charge of 3% applies to all jobs.
-We do NOT process RV manufacturer / factory warranties.
-We CAN perform needed repairs, however customer is responsible for payment in full at time of service and will be given documentation to submit to your RV manufacturer factory for reimbursement.
-We do NOT process RV manufacturer / factory warranties in any form whatsoever.
Even if the factory states "we will pay for the repair, just find a technician to do the work" The manufacturers have a very lengthy processes for diagnosing, photographing, documenting, approvals and finally repairs that we can not adhere to.
