We ARE authorized for extended warranty and insurance repairs.
Insurance claim process:
Customer is responsible for payment of the initial diagnosis (generally $169) , we will then complete insurance estimate and submit claim on your behalf.
We handle all the paperwork and communication with insurance claims, streamline the process for a simple and fast repair experience!
Extended warranty process:
Customer is responsible for full payment of labor and parts at the time of service, we will then complete repairs and submit paperwork to extended warranty. After extended warranty issues payment, we will then refund the initial payment back to customer.
We do NOT process RV factory warranties at this time.
While we can perform the actual repairs, customer is responsible for payment in full at time of service and will be given documentation to submit for reimbursement from RV manufacturer.
Customers must agree to these terms or winterization will not be performed.
While we will perform winterizing service, there are many circumstances out of our control after the winterization process is completed and we will NOT be responsible for any type of freeze damage.
*Winterization does NOT include dumping any holding tank other than the fresh water tank. Dumping of all holding tanks is the sole responsibility of RV owner.
We do NOT perform mobile service on furnaces.
We do NOT offer labor warranty on furnace repairs.
When we repair a furnace and it is operational, that is the extent of our labor warranty, that it was operational at time of service.
If any additional diagnosis, labor or parts are required, customer will be responsible to pay for those services.
We perform inspections on any RV, however it is important to note that it is impossible to find every flaw and therefore all information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed.
We guarantee our labor for a full 90 days. All parts are warrantied through their respective manufacturer.
