Furnaces often have more than one issue when they malfunction resulting in multiple unnecessary service calls to repair a furnace, therefore we will NOT perform partial repairs on furnaces.
If a furnace requires a control board only we will replace control board as a stand alone procedure, however furnace repair of any other type will be nothing less than partial rebuild, which will include removal of furnace, clean the burner & heat exchanger, replace all switches and sensors and replace igniter. We will also test the propane gas system, the thermostat control system and the power supply wiring to furnace.
This additional cost for upgraded service is minimal but ensures both of us that your furnace was repaired correctly the first time.
At this time we do NOT service the following items:
Automotive drive train & chassis (Engines & transmissions)
Aqua Hot systems
We guarantee our labor for a full 90 days. All parts are warrantied through their respective manufacturer.
