INSURANCE & EXTENDED WARRANTY

We ARE authorized for insurance and extended warranty repairs.

INSURANCE CLAIM PROCESS:

We are able to complete insurance estimate and submit claim on your behalf. We handle all the paperwork and communication with insurance claims, streamline the process for a simple and fast repair experience.
There is a fee of $199 for all insurance estimates.

EXTENDED WARRANTY PROCESS:

Customer is responsible for full payment including labor & parts at the time of repairs.

We will complete the repairs and submit paperwork to your extended warranty company on your behalf.

After extended warranty issues payment, we will refund payment from extended warranty company back to customer.

FACTORY WARRANTIES

We do NOT process RV factory warranties at this time.

While we can perform the actual repairs, customer is responsible for payment in full at time of service and will be given documentation to submit for potential reimbursement from their RV manufacturer.
